Due to the global spread of infectious diseases, an aging population, and an increase in lifestyle-related illnesses, awareness of lifelong health and healthcare is growing. We are entering an era of self-medication, where people choose to take action and responsibility for their own health. Our goal is to be a trusted partner in supporting healthy everyday living by manufacturing and selling products, such as over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, that help prevent disease and maintain good health.
These are everyday, familiar medicines that can be purchased at your local pharmacy or drugstore without a prescription. As products that support daily health, we devote great care and attention to ensuring their consistent quality.
We offer products designed to promote hygiene and help prevent symptoms, such as our alcohol-based hand sanitizer brand, Ettash. Each item is carefully developed to provide clear effectiveness while remaining gentle enough to minimize potential side effects.

Hygiene Goods & Medical DevicesSaikyo Pharma operates under a fabless manufacturing system; we focus on marketing, product development, and quality control rather than owning our own manufacturing facilities. We have established a system for working directly with manufacturing plants, which allows us to achieve high cost performance while maintaining Japanese-quality standards. Manufacturing is entrusted to our highly experienced partners, who are experts in their respective fields and have been officially certified by various inspection organizations, including the Japanese government. Through this collaboration, we produce safe and reliable products that not only offer excellent cost performance but also uphold the high level of quality for which Japan is renowned.
Some of Saikyo Pharma’s manufacturing partners are based overseas. These partners are carefully selected and all possess advanced technical capabilities to meet Japan’s strict GMP standards. You can be confident that every product is made in a facility that meets these strict GMP inspection standards, ensuring the highest level of manufacturing quality and quality control at every stage.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
All products manufactured at our partner factories, both in Japan and overseas, are tested in our laboratory in Japan to ensure the highest levels of safety and efficacy. Every step, from raw materials to the finished product, meets Japan’s strict regulatory standards. Only the safest and most reliable products are made available to consumers.
Even when manufacturing is outsourced overseas, we oversee every step in-house to ensure our customers can use our products with confidence and peace of mind. In close collaboration with our partners, we work to maintain and continually improve safety and quality throughout the supply chain.

We are constantly prototyping and refining every aspect — ingredients, usability, manufacturing sites, raw materials sourcing, packaging, etc. — with the aim of developing better and better products. Throughout the process, we conduct long-term tests to ensure the safety and reliability of each product over time.
Step 03
Manufacturing Applications, Approvals & ProductionQuality guidance and management for manufacturing plants based overseas
We handle all regulatory manufacturing applications and notifications for all products that are subject to the Medicines and Medical Devices Act. Manufacturing only commences at overseas partner factories once these applications have been approved by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the relevant prefectures. All overseas partner factories have been officially certified by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare under strict quality control standards. We regularly visit all factories to ensure consistent quality and safety in every product.
Step 04
Factory Shipment / Warehouse Storage in Japan
All products manufactured at our partner factories undergo strict testing and inspection. Only products that meet our quality standards are exported to Japan. After arriving at our domestic warehouses, all products undergo another final inspection at our warehouse in Japan before being delivered to our business partners.
Step 05
Component Testing / ShipmentFinal inspection and approval at our laboratory in Japan
While our overseas manufacturing plants adhere to Japanese quality control standards, final testing and inspections are always carried out at our laboratory in Japan. We are constantly monitoring the manufacturing process and testing the products to ensure we only deliver products that meet all our safety and quality criteria.
Step 06
In-Store Sales and SupportOptimizing Store Assortment and Sales Management
We work closely with our business partners to develop sales strategies, provide promotional support, and assist with in-store activities to ensure our product sales continue to grow, and our product features are accurately communicated to consumers.
